Training for Skate of the Union®

Need some motivation to train for the 1/2 Marathon at Skate of the Union®?  Would you like to meet new people who have the same skating goal?

Join the Skater’s Quest Fitness Inline Training (FIT) Program.

The mission of the Skater’s Quest Fitness Inline Training (FIT) Program is to equip inline skating enthusiasts with specific skills and exercises to meet their health and fitness goals whether it be to cross the finish line after participating in a skating event, lose weight, get in shape or simply improve inline skating skills.  The 7 -week FIT Program has been developed for you to compete in the Rollerblade 10K or the half marathon at the annual Skate of the Union in June (participation in the events is not a requirement).  A training plan and weekly practices are provided for all participants and we start training on Sunday, May 6th.
